Safety & Insurance Questions or Concerns

  1. In the event of an incident or injury and if OSHA shows up on your jobsite, please report to Duane West ASAP at the above number. If he is unavailable, please contact your Project Executive then Project Manager.

  2. Please also Contact Rachelle Clift for any incidents or injuries. Rachelle can also answer any questions about insurance regarding the incedents and injuries.
